Beacon Ranch Retreat Center ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, social media and advertising, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our website, or a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the form's questions.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), on some pages. It records that a browser visited those pages so we can show our ads to people who have already visited us and see whether our ads are working. We don't send Meta your name, contact details or anything you type into a form, and we don't use the pixel on pages for individual therapy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, share details about the programs and events you asked about, and schedule services. With your permission, we may send occasional updates about future programs. You can unsubscribe anytime.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and scheduling tools, and only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.

Clinical services

If you become a client of our counseling or equine-assisted therapy services, your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled according to our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide when services begin. This website policy doesn't cover clinical records.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and block or clear cookies in your browser.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
