A holiday party people remember

Most team holiday parties look the same: a reservation, an open bar and the same few people talking to each other all night.

At Beacon Ranch, your team spends the day together with our horses on a guided experience. It's an experience in nature with hands on activities that naturally foster connection throughout your team.

Beacon Ranch will provide holiday lunch and drinks along with holiday decor for a festive experience!

Questions people ask

Does anyone need horse experience?

None at all. Our equine specialist guides every interaction, and everything happens on the ground. No one rides.

What if someone is nervous around horses?

That's common and completely fine. There's no expectation to touch a horse, and there are plenty of ways to take part from a comfortable distance.

How big can our group be?

We host teams of all sizes. Larger groups rotate through the arena so everyone gets real time with the horses.

What if the weather is bad?

The day still happens. The arena is covered, so rain doesn't change plans.

What should people wear?

Closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes that can get a little dusty. We send an info sheet with the details before your date.
